Our client, a leading retailer of Eco-friendly detergent pods wanted to increase Average Order Volume (AOV), and lower fulfillment costs. We helped adjust their product listings and PDP pages to allow them to offer a discount of 5 to 10 percent when users increased the size of their order. This lead to an increase in 12.6% increase in AOV, and a 7.8% increase in Revenue, while having no impact on Conversion Rate.
